Open mouth gags were originally for medical purposes and many we use, such as Whitehead gags and Jennings gags, can be bought from medical supply stores. But of course, being the perverts we are, we’ve expanded the range of open mouth gags with many varieties invented specifically for BDSM. These range from the classic O-ring to more sophisticated pieces like the spider (or spyder) gag and fish-hook gags. In BDSM play they all have one thing in common: they’re designed to hold the mouth open, drooling and ready for anything.

hi, love the fact that you’re focusing on gags,this is my boyfriend’s favorite aspect of my bondage. Do you know of a few good sites/forums/links where they are dedicated to gags?
